Dijon baked fish
1 1/2 lbs fish fillets.....cod...Pollock.....flounder.......sole
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tbs evoo
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic
1 carrot peeled and shredded 130 cal
350 degrees rinse fish pat dry set aside mix lemon juice mustard oil dill pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl brushing dressing on both sides of fish in a 13x9 baking dish arrange fillets over lapping thinness portions drizzle remaining dressing over fish arrange shredded carrots over fish sprinkle with cheese bake 12 mins or till fish flakes with fork
