Hey guys, I'm not sure what to put my activity level as. I work about 40 hours a week which requires me to walk about 8-10 miles a day. I also weight train 3 times a week for about 40 minutes a session. I also bike to work so that is about 25 miles of bike riding at a fast pace as well. And lastly, I sometimes play a sport once a week for about an hour.

I set my activity as sedentary and have my fitbit(for steps) or Runtastic for runs/walks/bikerides add those calories. I feel like it keeps me more on track so if I have lazy days I don't get as much to eat. And if I'm really active it reflects that too.

set yourself at lightly active or active and add your work bike rides, lifting, misc sports as separate daily activities when they occur. track your progress and adjust as needed
