Quick & Simple - Salad Recipe

So sorry for being a noob here :L but i thought i would post a quick and simple salad recipe to help others who are trying to lose weight. There are probably thousands of the same recipe im posting here but, i thought i would post this in case anyone needs some salad recipes.

Ingredients (All of these are optional, feel free to add or take away any):

-Lettuce
-Mixed Leafs
-Cucumber
-Tomatoes
-Avocado
-Pepper
-Hummus

So you basically just make it like a normal salad, by chopping up all the Veggies and throwing them into a bowl or something similar. Then you just add about a teaspoon (or however many) of hummus and mix it together. For me, i cant eat lettuce and mixed leafs without some sort of dressing, so i used hummus as an alternative to any dressings. In my salad i added some chicken but you can add any meat, fish ect. if you chose to.

    An old trick I learned years ago is to nuke a big green salad about 15-20 seconds.
    I can't explain what it does, but it sure tastes good :)
