The green shirt (large) eventually got too big to show weight loss, so switched to a medium purple fitted shirt

A Non-Scale Victory. I bought this jacket), and then realized I couldn't even get the side to reach over to zip it up! I kept it, thinking it would fit 'some day'. First pic is the first day it zipped up.. Second and third pics are from today..YAY it zips AND FITS.

I'm pretty happy with my progress. I still have a bit of a stomach I'd like to get rid of, but hoping the next 6 lbs takes care of that. And yes, I plan to continue logging my food and exercise when I get to maintenance. I weigh myself daily ATM, but will prob switch to once every 2 weeks once in maintenance. For exercise, I started out with ZUMBA in Jan. That got me started off in the right direction. I then started doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and other Jillian videos. I've also added power walking/jogging - 5 miles. I parked the riding mower, and started pushing my acre lot - burns about 700 calories total!

I credit my success to three things: 1. MyFitnessPal - Without MFP, I would have never made it this far. I realized I never looked at calories in foods before. I just ate. I never binged..just ate. 2. My watch - it tracks calories burned and steps walked. 3. My supportive boyfriend and friends.

Hope to hit my goal weight by Oct 1!
