Hi. I'm tere. This is the first time ever I'm doing this. I've never joined a group before. I'm about 30 to 35 pounds over weight. This is the heaviest I have ever been in my life. Yes, I know my body is going through changes and perhaps this is part of the problem. I found this website and started reading the posts. I like what I read. Any good advice to get started I would appreciate some friends to guide me. I hope I'm doing this correctly. thanks.

You're at the right place.
Weight loss is simply calories in versus calories out. Simply meaning eat less, move more.
Just be faithful about logging in your food and drink everyday day. Be patient, and you'll get there.0 -
