Freezing ideas

Any tips to prevent freezing problems and/or easy to freeze meals?

    I've frozen fruit for infusions, also tried with pasta + chicken.

    Fruit was dry and chewy and pasta lost its flavor and spoiled after being at room temperature too long. :frown:

    sorry, i did mean to respond to this... unfortunately i dont think i can help much!

    i dont freeze fresh fruit and veg. maybe you could get some prefrozen fruit and just defrost what you need? i still dont think that sort of thing has a particularly long freezer life though.

    i'venever had any problems with reheating pasta - but if you live somewhere warm, you need to be careful with leaving stuff out, whatever it is!
