Low Carb Breakfast Burrito

Use one multi grain carb balance tortilla (they sell them at walmart). Use 2 eggs no yolks, 3 slices of cheddar cheese mix together and cook. Take 1/2 cup of mushrooms, 1/2 cup of squash, and 1/4 cup onion mix together and steam with 1/2 tbs of olive oil....once cooked mix together with egg and put inside of burrito! It's healthy, it's low in fat, carbs and calories and it's filling.

Only 253 calories plus you just got 3 servings of veggies!
