Sweaty Workout Mat Slip N Slide

Anyone know how to fix this problem ? I workout in the basement which is 1/4 carpet and the rest tile. I have my rubber exercise mat on the carpet and everything is positioned in a way where I have enough room to do things, and pop up over the waterbed to see the tv.
Problem is, I workout barefoot, and I work up quite a sweat, which leads to me "ice skating" on the mat.

You can try to put a towel on top of the mat. I do that at Bootcamp and it really helps.0
