Is Equate Ultra Weight Loss Shakes a good product?

I found this product in Walmart. It was cheap but I'm wondering is this one of those cases of "you get what you pay for". I'm looking to replace en two meals a day. With my work schedule it will most likely be breakfast and lunch.

    I'm not sure if I know your answer but I drink the weight loss shake for breakfast as part of my diet. I recently started a weight loss clinic and the doctor advised me to 100 grams of protein a day and not to skip meals. I find it very hard to eat breakfast as I'm normally not hungry until after one or so. He said the shake would be ok for my breakfast meal. Not sure on replacing two meals with it though. I just use it for the protein myself.
