Ok so this is my first post with pics, I have tried to hide them away and not look at them but everyone keeps telling me that I've lost quite a lot and can see a difference, yet I cannot. I still see that huge person in the mirror. Maybe posting will help me. I still have around 30 to 40 lbs to go, or maybe a little more depending on how I feel when I lose more.

So nervous posting these as know how disgusting I was before hand. I was originally 283 lbs, now down to 203 lbs. I have dont it through eating around 1200/1300 calories a day and exercising at home. Walking, fitness DVD'S, exercise bike etc.

    Thanks guys. I'm still considered obese and have a history of diabetes in the family, so doing my best to reduce the risk of becoming diabetic myself. Hoping I will reach a point soon where I will be happy.
