What are the top 6 things you should track while dieting? When you go to log in your food it has calories for the main one, but what are the other main things we should track. Mine is set for Fat, Carbs, Fiber, Sugar and Protein. I was wondering if sodium was more important than one of those or another item. Thanks for your input!

I have mine set to track sodium just because I know that I am sensitive to water gain (bloating) if I have too much. I would say it's important to track.
  • I have those 5, and my 6th is cholesterol. A healthy heart makes a healthy person after all :)

Thanks for replying. Would you say that sugar or sodium is more important? Wish we could track more than the 6! Thanks again for your help!
