I am not sure if I'm posting in the correct forum but I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on my problem.
When I get undressed after exercising I look like I have the chicken pox!
They eventually go away but can stay for anywhere from 3-10 hours post exercise.
They dont itch, its not a rash, they are not raised.
anyone know what's going on?

I get them, too. Particularly on hot, sweaty days (I run outside). I think they're called sweat bumps/heat rash. They're a reaction to the heat, sweat, and clothing.

Are you taking any supplements before working out?0

no supplements, i probably should be taking a multivitamin for extra support between being a mother, breastfeeding, and going back to work in a few weeks (I'll be burning the candle at both ends)0
