Ive lost 80some lbs so far and now its becoming a lot more challenging to lose consistantly. I burn around 2500 calories a day and want to know where i should be aiming for the best weightloss results. what should my minimum net calories be and what is the largest appropriate calorie deficit to keep my body on track with weightloss?

Have you re-run the goal setting at 0.5 or 1 lb/week loss rate to see what it offers ?
You probably need to say something about your current weight, height, activity level etc to get more input.
Sounds like you've been doing well though !0 -
well im currently 5'9 and 186.5. i burn about 2500 calories a day according to my bodymedia device including my daily walk whether its inside on the treadmill or outside. I lost about 60lbs in a year, got into a relationship for a year and stopped dieting. since ending the relationship a few months ago, I've gotten back on track and lost about another 24lbs but recently it seems to really be a struggle. MFP was giving me 1200 cals/day and when i posted that everyone agreed that it was too low. im kind of confused now about just how many i should be eating and if i should be eating back my exercise cals.0
