anybody have healthy recipies to cook in the microwave?

I don't know about cooking meat in microwave except bacon. We got a cheap tray from Walmart to use for bacon and it's ok, we like our George foreman better. You could steam frozen veggies for sure, and make eggs. Just be sure to grease the dish well before you crack the egg in there cuz it can stick. Also if you have a crockpot that'd be a great thing to use right now. I'm sorry I don't have more to offer!
