Figuring out my calorie deficit to lose weight

So im trying to figure out how this whole calorie deficit works when it comes to eating and working out to make sure that I am burning enough calories on a daily basis. MFP did calculate it for me and my stats are:
My calories to consume daily are 1,200 calories/day
Calories burned with normal daily activity 2,110 calories/day
My fitness goals is to work out at least 4 days per week for a minimum on 30 minutes which based on this MFP calculated:
770cal burned/week and my calorie deficit calculated at 910 cal/day to lose 1.8lbs per week.
Now does this mean that everyday my with my daily exercise routine I need to burn 910 calories or more everyday or that i need to burn only 770 calories per week in order to lose weight? Im quite confused and want to make sure that I am doing the right thing in all y calculations between my calories in VS. calories out.

I believe it is set up as calories per week. Every time you enter your exercise it will tell you how much you have left to burn for the week. The cals u eat will be figured as too low or past it will calculste your whole day so you know and tell you how much you would weigh in 5 weeks if you ate the same and exercized the same. But typically you should eat 500 cals less than you normally eat a day. You have to burn 3 thousand something cals to lose one pound.0

Daily keep your calorie consumption under 1200. If you exercise and burn, for example, 400 calories, then you may eat back those 400 calories if you choose. If you log the exercise calories MFP adds them in to let you know you have an extra 400 calories to eat if you want. Some people don't eat their workout calories back - I do.
I read it like you're making it more difficult than it is. MFP takes into account how many calories you burn in normal activity and 1200 calories is the max calories to eat every day for your goals. that's without exercise beyond normal activity based on what you said your activity level is.0 -

That makes it seem a little easier to understand, so like my TDEE is about 2110 give or take depending on my day without exercise and my daily calorie consumption is 1200 or close to it, I do NOT eat back my calories that I burn through exercise. My normal calories burned through exercise is anywhere from 300-500 calories and i work out between 3-4 times per week....so then im doing good when it comes to the amount of calories that I need to burn in order to help lose weight??0 -

MFP is set up for you TO eat your exercise calories.
A modest calorie deficit is for fat loss.
Exercise is for health and works better when fueled properly.

So if you have a caloric deficit programmed into mfp for 500 cal 1 lb a week, and it's set to eat 1200 a day. I work out I burn 400 cal and now it says oh hey if you don't eat those calories your next is at 800... is that a bad thing? I've heard tons of different things either eat those calories back or not. What are the pros and cons? I feel like 800 is low when that 1200 already includes a 500 deficit. Thoughts?0
