Plateau Killing Ideas?

Hey folks,
I'm still on a plateau and I wanted to know if anyone had any ideas of how to get past it. I was losing weight before but the last few weeks the scale has moved back and forth about a pound.
I am heading to a dietitian Friday to get some help but I've found a lot of good advice here on MFP.
I have been eating 1750 calories a day. My BMR is supposed to be 1690 and I've lightly active through out the day and exercise on average an hour a day. I aim for 30% protein without worrying about carbs vs lipids. Honestly, I eat more carbs though- about 50%.
Thoughts?

Either be more vigilant with weighing your food on a food scale or if you already do that, then reduce your daily calorie goal.
You are eating more than you think.0 -
Weigh everything solid. Even condiments, slices of bread, etc. Log everything. If its only been a few weeks, give it a few more.0

Patience. You only increased your calories just last Monday. Give it time.0

weighing your food, consistency, adherence, and patience0

Since it has only been a few weeks, it's normal body fluctuations. Be patience but a scale is still a good idea.0

Make half of everything fruits and veggies.
Exercise a bit more.0 -

As someone with a B.S. that took dozens of labs, I do feel that I am qualified to say I do weigh and measure my food within a very tight margin of error; I log things two decimal places out. Both my partner and I have severe food allergies so I have to make about 95% of our diet from scratch. I don't do many condiments- even homemade ones.
The only major factor I can think of that would cause a variance between the numbers I use and reality is that I buy expensive, humanely raised meat. The kind that does not have added water weight. Considering a chicken breast from a standard grocery store can be "enhanced" with around 10-15% of added water/broth weight that could have some affect on the numbers.Make half of everything fruits and veggies.
More veggies sounds like a great idea, thank you.My BMR is supposed to be 1690...Based on...?
The standard equations that you plug height/weight/age into. My city got rid of its direct BMR estimator, so its the best data I can work with.0 -
up the exercise and reassess your diet/calorie intake. That is what gets the scale moving for me when I hit plateaus0
