T25 with low impact? Is this possible?

I am recovering from a stress fracture in my foot.

I am not supposed to run at all, or walk more than needed for daily activities. I've been doing Jillian Michaels interval workouts -- just adapted a bit to leave out the jogging/high knees/butt kicks/jumping lunges.

How adaptable is T25 for someone who can't have pounding? Would it still be a good workout?

Tania is the modified person in Shaun T T25 program. You will be ok with her low impact version of the program. So is this the first BB program you have done or do you just need a program with low impact.

T25 can be a little rough with impact though Tania helps quite a bit. I wouldn't recommend it though if you can't run because there are some faster running type movements in the program. Honestly, I'd suggest PiYo if you need something low impact right now. That program is all low impact and should be fine for you.

It would be my first T25 workout -- no other BeachBody experience. I am able to do most of the Jillian Michaels stuff without too much difficulty and am looking for something that is really challenging and doesn't require equipment or a gym.

I like the strength training combined with the cardio on the Jillian workouts, and from what I can tell T25 is similar.

I don't have trouble with a bit brief of impact -- I can do burpees, mountain climbers, and most of Jillian's plyometric stuff. What I can't do is continuous jogging/jumping.

Is the PiYo workout under 30 min or so? And do you think it works the cardio in with the strength?

I've done lots of pilates in the past and didn't find it to provide a cardio workout.

I have done T25 successfully with the early stages of osteoarthritis in my knees. Tanya is the way to go. As my stamina and adaption to T25 occurred I was doing more and more of the high impact items. Speed 2.0 in the beta phase may challenge you as that is high paced and to pull it off, high impact, but I thought it to be the most enjoyable workout of the bunch. Personally a lot of common sense should enable you to do T25 and get benefit without aggravating existing conditions. As always you need to listen to your body. I am now running on tarmac 7km something I would never have dreamed of in Feb this year.
