Hi guys,
So i started trying to lose weight on the 28/07/14 & i haven't been completely loyal, i'm still having the occasional crisps and such but each week i've lost 2 pounds.. is this a healthy & good start or should it be more?
works out to maybe 10 pounds a month.. don't want to lose weight too quickly and get terribly saggy or loads more stretch marks..

so all in all good start or not?!

2 pounds per week is absolutely healthy. As you get closer to goal, you'll need to reevaluate the rate of weight loss (it's a whole heck of a lot harder for a person with little to lose to create a deficit that large in a healthy way than it is for a person who has a bit more to lose).

Congratulations on your start so far!

Also -- I don't think there's anything wrong with having some kind of a treat sometimes. So long as you are generally eating a well balanced diet and getting the nutrients you need, and aren't going above your goal every day, you will still find success :)

    Thanks ladies!
I'm just trying to stay positive, a loss is a loss no matter how big or small :)
Treats are minor, i have 2 bourbons at one point in the day and maybe a chocolate yogurt in the evening for dessert :)
