    I am the same way too. It is hard to see a difference for ourselves. I too started out about your weight, I have lost 60#s and do not see the difference. Ask yourself how much better do you feel health wise? What size of clothes are you wearing now? Try on some of your old clothes & look in the mirror. Then put on new size and look in the mirror. I mean really look at your self.

    Oh wow, thank you so much everyone, cannot believe the comments, maybe I should be proud of how far I have come. Good luck to all of you with losing the weight and I am so glad that I may have helped others in some tiny way. be proud of what you have all done, I know I should be..

    I gave up smoking last October and plan on never starting again.

    Let me just say that is some amaaaazing progress. 'durings' are just as as awesome as 'afters' for me. as i've said before, it's a reminder that even if we're not at our goal yet, every day is progress and every day is a victory. thank you for the courage to post these, it's a huge inspiration.
