Silly question, but for fruits like oranges and clementines, do you weigh them before or after peeling (since you don't eat the peel?

I only weigh what I eat. (No peeling, no cores, seeds, etc)

I do after and for fruits with pits, I weigh it, eat it and then weigh the pit and subtract that gram amount out :D

If you are using the built in MFP entries pulled from the USDA nutrient database and going by weight, ^^^^this is the correct way. Only the edible portion is counted.

Thanks. That is not something I actually thought about until I was taking a couple of clementines out of the fridge today. They are small so I always counted two as a serving but decided to weigh them this time and, without peels, the two count as 1.5 servings. Obviously this is a minor thing for me since I am losing on schedule so I have been accurate enough with my occasional guesstimates.
