WHAT TO EAT WHEN TRYING TOO LOOSE ALOT OF WEIGHT IS MY QUESTION
I get throwed off and Confussed because one person tells me eat fruit another sais it has too much sugar in fruit some say eat almonds some say almonds are bad I just want to know what food I can cook on the regular basis that is good to actually eat mAke your list of good foods to eat 1....2....3.... Go lol

You can eat all those caps for all it matters, so long as you stay within your calorie goal.0

You say you have lots of weight to lose, but I doubt that's true based on your picture. Consider the fact that many people on here have 70 or more lbs to lose.
If you have more than 40 lbs to lose, you can almost eat anything you want as long as its within the calorie goals you have set on here, just make sure you log everything carefully and accurately.
Under 40lbs to go, you should make sure you're hitting your macros. Log everything accurately, and I aim for 25% fat, 25% protein and 50% carbs. If you hit all those then you're likely eating a healthy enough balanced diet, make sure your sodium intake isn't too high and it will all fall into place.
Remember, these are goals, not hard and fast numbers you have to hit, if you're a few % off on your macros don't obsess about it.0 -
Here's what I suggest:
Try to have the majority of your diet come from lean meats, a variety of vegetables, some fruit, seeds, nuts, legumes, dairy and whole grains. Occasional treats are absolutely fine so long as they stay a sometimes food and in moderation.
ETA: I do not exclude any foods from my diet, I just make sure the majority of my foods are the list above. There's nothing wrong with fruit, there's nothing wrong with tree nuts like almonds - just make sure you eat in moderation and not overindulging.0 -

Well, this seems to contradict the statement that a calorie is a calorie. It's all about calories, you can have even 80% of carbs if it fits your calorie limit. At least MFP calculates it this way (when you finish logging everything and press "complete this entry," it still shows steady weight loss even if you have logged high-carb food.)0 -
Uh, as long as you aren't eating a ton of any type of food group or are specifically trying to avoid a certain food group then you can eat anything. Fruits and nuts are healthy, but nuts can have a high number of calories so if you eat a bunch you'll gain if you don't stay in your calorie guidelines. If it's something natural it's probably healthy in moderation.0

A calorie is a calorie, but a calorie isn't always a healthy calorie. I believe in order to be healthy we need a variety of the food groups of fat, protein and carbs. When you have over 40lbs to lose, then you are likely to get healthy amounts of these groups simply by eating that many calories, but from what I've found, as the number of calories you eat in a day drops, its easy to not get enough variety, and therefore not eat healthy levels of those three food types. That's why I gave the advice I did. Your weight loss will not speed up by changing the composition of your diet, but your health can be improved or maintained by hitting the macros consistently in my opinion.0 -

You can eat any food you want. Almonds are good. Fruits are good.
Remember to eat fats and oils (They are included in almonds and other nuts, eggs, . . . )
In order to lose weight you do not need a certain diet plan. Eat less of what you are eating now. Log in the diary.0 -
