Hey everyone, I was looking for some advice.
I want to start running, but I'm a little embarrassed so want to find somewhere I can go without being seen really.
( I know this sounds silly).

So, has Anybody got any ideas for me? Thank you!

    It all really depends on where you live? South Wales has loads of trail routes, so you could go on them and no body will see u, otherwise just run the streets and wear a cap so nobody can really see your face.

    I'm in Monmouthshire, but I'm happy to travel if there's somewhere that's a nice day out :)
