Ok I was wondering if anyone on here has used/uses Colman's bake in the bag products before?
I was wondering if the calorie/carbs/fat etc information that is provided on the back of the packet includes the ingredients you add to it i.e. chicken etc? Or is it just for the stuff the provide?
Would just like some clarification so I can log correctly

The info is just the packet, same as if you were using for a casserole etc they don't include meat because people use them for different things.
hope this helps0 -
