Bad Bad Bad not so bad

ok my son wanted pancakes this morning and I have been craving them for weeks. So I made a huge batch I freeze most of it for breakfast for him through the week. But I had 3 of them so extra exercise today will cover the extra breakfast calories. It is sooooooo worth it. :wink: So I did not do so BAD. :bigsmile:

    It is my favorite but I have been depriving myself for to long any longer and I would have been very bad and eaten a lot more. Good thing for exercise. :laugh:

  • :happy: I know how you feel. I had been helping myself to quite a few things I craved, but have been trying to still stay on track. Sometimes it's hard. I try never to deprive myself of anything, just eat smaller portions of the things I like. That keeps it more realistic for me and less chance that I will binge. :wink:

    Amen sista! :tongue: I log what I eat ASAP, and then plan what I am gonna do to burn it off. Plus, by doing that, I can plan on being bad every once in awhile, and it's actually ok.
