1200 Calories

Sticking to 1200 Calories and i have lost 8lbs in two weeks, i'm really happy with that. Size 10 here i come. Only another 6st and 7lbs to go.:love:

    8 pounds in 2 week! - Awesome! I'm also in that 1200 calorie range and I'd love to have results like that at my second weigh in :smile: Keep up the great work!

    Way to go! If you are working out, remember that you're loss may slow down a bit in weeks 3,4,5 since you'll be building that muscle. Then your weight loss will pick back up again. Great Job!!!

    I am also in the 1200 range and I have been coming up short everyday. I am earning back about 340 calories each day due to my treadmill walks. Is it bad if I never hit it. Yesterday after working out I ended the day my net was 486.
    goal 1200 food +849 exercise -363 net 486
    I want to bed satisfied feeling good and in a great mood.
    Am I doing this wrong??
  • you should be fine as long as you hit 1200 each day. If you are consistently under 1200 your body will go into starvation mode, which will impede your weight loss efforts.
