Newbie Boarding and looking for Friends :)

Hi All - signed up this week and so far finding the App really useful. I have between 5 and 6 stone to lose and unlike on previous attempts, I am not going to follow a specific diet to start with am just going to watch what I eat, regular exercise and a big kick up the backside :)

    To start with- I like your thinking.... no crazy diet just change the lifestyle and eat well.

    I'm really interested in nutrition (done study in the area at uni and now doing PT course) and love discovering or creating new healthy meal ideas that are easy.
    It's all about deliciousness and never being hungry! So much yum food out there to be had, and cheaply.

    If there's any questions or tips you're after I'd love to be able to share.
