Same old question, different day

Hi All,

I am half way through the second week of Insanity which i am loving, but just wanted to make sure my diet was ok.?

The last thing i want to do is finish Insanity only to find out my diet is wrong.

For breakfast i have a bowl of Musli.

Mid morning i will have an Apple

Lunch i will have a Jacket Potato with Beans or Tuna.

Tea is varied but try and keep it to chicken with rice or veg. Or a pasta dish

I will also drink 1l of water a day and about 4 cups of tea.

I do insanity at about 8pm at night which is not ideal but with an 8 till 5 job and 2 young kids, its the only time i can fit it in.

My goal is to lose roughly 1 stone and tone up.

    This isnt entirely true especially if you are eating to lose weight. You should be trying to get at least 4 cubs of vegetables a day. And to maximize your weight loss it would be best to eat at fat shredder macros. This means you should be trying to get 50%protein 30% carbs and 20% protein.

    Has anyone got any recommendations to getting the 50 Protein / 30% Carbs / 20% Fat into a decent food plan ??

    how exactly does eating those macros make you 'shred fat'?

    also, when you say cubs, do you mean lion cub or cub scout, as in an 8 year old boy!? just need ot know for size accuracy... :laugh:
