Hey Everybody, I found some free exercise videos that I wanted to share with each of you. Sometimes we see so many that we would like to have but can't afford to buy all the dvds that we see. So I found these that you can watch without having to download or buy them. Of course you can buy them that is up to you. Check out the following link.

    A lot of these are available on your cable TV as well! On mine they are part of the OnDemand (channel 1) "freezone".
