Intermittent fasting newbie needs help!!

I'm experimenting with IF. I have been fasting from 4.30 pm to 8.30 am the next day. I usually workout twice a day. Walking, pilates or dancing in the evening and HIIT in the morning. My first meal after fasting is breakfast.

Does IF have specific 16-hour fasting schedule? Some articles i read suggest skipping breakfast. Will breakfast impair my results?

    im doing it too i fast from 6 pm to 6 am i really wake up till 10 am i eat healthy almost 700 calories or less and im waiting for results and i have a day i eat dinner
