HI, I just noticed your post about logging Homemade pizzas - If you use tortilla bases you can figure out the calories by the packet, however if you make homemade bases you can add a recipe (under your food tab) e.g 1 cup flour, tsp salt etc etc - this is very handy, I put all my families meals under "my recipies". You should be able to find all toppings in the data base, 1/2 cup / 1 cup measurements for mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, capsicum.

You can make pizzas on tortillas in a super hot oven - they bake nice and crispy!
I've made "pizzadillas" (quesadilla pizza cross... TGI Fridays had them ages ago) in the microwave. Whole wheat tortilla, tomato sauce & cheese. And pepperoni, if you must. Microwave until the cheese is melty, then fold in half0
