I was on my old computer today and had found old pictures of me in the dress I had wore out this weekend. Before and after pictures put everything into perspective.

    OMG! Way to go - so this is seriously really just 20 lbs??? I am doing the Jumpstart to Skinny (Bob Harper) and I am trying to lose 20 lbs... so this is SO MOTIVATING!!!! You rock, girl!

    Wow! You look amazing! I'm sitting here wondering if it will make a difference for me to stick to my weight loss plans since I "only" need to lose 25 lbs and boy does this show me that 20 pounds can make a difference!

    My secret was a little bit of knowledge on BMR and TDEE, eating the right amount/calorie deficit, lots of self-love, and a little sprinkle of determination :happy:
