I'm back trying to get back to my slimmer weight again. I'm looking for support from fellow shorties.
I'm 28, 5'2" 148. My measurements are 39.5-30-40.5.

Hiya! I'm 29, 5'1, 152 and 41-31.5-40 currently. Pretty similar to you, I think. Do you have a weight in mind or more of a size? I've got 135-ish in my head as that's where I've been happiest in the past but I don't like to fixate on the scale. Happy to just try and get fit and see how it goes0

I got down to 118 a couple years ago. Would not want to go lower than that. 120-125 would be great.0

5'3.5" 120 lbs 34-26.5-33. Lowest I ever went was 115 lbs purely from reversing calories from a deficit to a slow gain. I'm currently bulking to 130 lbs. I will continue if BF% stays low, cut to maybe 120 if I have to. I've kind of thrown out scale weight as a means to an end and focus on measurements and mirror as ultimate judge. Though, top priority to me is strength gains in lifting0

5 ft 1.5 here. My scale says 160. I don't look 160, but whatever. I just want to try to get 30 lbs down and focus on having a healthier lifestyle despite my "chronic pain syndrome."0

Hi guys! I am 5'3 and currently 132lbs. My goal weight is 110.
How many calories are guys eating? My fitness pal has recommended me to eat around 1350 in order to lose weight. Thats about a 1 pound loss a week. I would like to go lower but I have done it "the quick way" before and gained it all back therefore now I am learning to eat less and maintain 110lbs

Hello all! 5'1" (just!) and I hover around 110 now. My initial goal when I started MFP was to hit 115, but I decided to go for the extra 5 as my buffer.0

5'3, 38-32-39.5, hovering around 143 at present. My goal is a nebulous 120-125. When I was younger, I was dead-set on hitting 115, but I realized at some point that 123 is about where I start losing my boobs, and, well, I like my chest the way it is, thanks. :P0

I gain and lose in the boobs, and I am glad when they are smaller.0
