Day is going well so far

well i'm trying to take things one meal at a time now, and the day really seems to be going well.

breakfast:
life cereal with skim milk
banana

snack:
yogurt, peach and 4 fiber cookies

so i have lunch in about an hour, and am planning tuna on crackers, 1 cup of mushroom soup and some tomatoes. trying to eat more often throughout the day, so hopefully it helps. i'll keep you posted as the say goes on...

    Yes, one meal at a time, one day at a time. I keep telling myself "slow and steady wins the race," and my weight loss has been very slow and somewhat steady. Hang in there!
  • You've got the right idea, for sure! First, you have to take it one meal at a time, and then it'll get a bit easier and you can take it one day at a time, and before you know it you've settled into some new habits and you don't even have to really work at it... you just know what you've got to do. Way to go! Good luck on your journey.
