I used to have a goal of 1200 calories, but today I decided to up it to 1500 (that is what MFP recommended). I want to be on a diet that is sustainable for life. I don't think 1200 calories is enough for somebody who weighs 263. I feel like if I continue to eat so little when I get to my goal weight I will end up gaining it all back and then some. Is 1500 a good goal? Or should I stick to 1200?

Whether you're at 1200 or 1500 will make no difference as far as that goes.0

I lost at 1500 and a little below. Don't know if I'd ever make it at 1200 . Just seems so little. Good luck!0
