I had such a great workout tonight. It seems wrong to eat now. Should I have some kind of healthy snack???

I don't think you necessarly need to eat unless you feel like you need it. I have about 800 calories left, because I earned a bunch from exercise today. I might eat a little bit more, but something healthy. But I'm not going to eat 800 calories before bed.0

I wouldnt...Its late..and did you wear a heart monitor? If not you have no idea how much you burned. I would leave the cushion. If your hungry thats different. Then I would eat something..0

I just read here a lot that you shouldn't go far under your cals or you go into starvation mode. I just want to do the best I can. I'm a little hungry but nothing a few celery sticks can't cure!! Thanks for your opinions!!0
