Need a new recipe high protein and potassium

Looking for a couple recipes that are high in protein and potassium. I do crossfit 5 day a week and run twice a week, need protein and potassium to keep going. I have a cottage (Shepard) pie recipe the have change as much as I can. Thanks in advance.

  • Thanks. I am looking more for things for lunch and dinner. Something I can cook on Sunday or Monday to have for lunch all week.
