So Pork Tenderloin was mega on sale at the store today...so I bought a 2.5 lb one and it is now cooking away in my slow cooker for dinner. Here is the recipe. I'll let you know if it turns out good!

Throw all of this on the bottom of the crockpot:

1 apple in wedges
1 onion in wedges
2 cloves or 2 tsp garlic
2 cups baby carrots
2 stalks celery chopped

Sit your 2-3 lb pork tenderloin or pork roast on top.
Season with S&P, 1/2 tsp ground or fresh ginger, 1/2 tsp sage, 2 bay leaves.

Fill crock pot with 3 cups apple juice or 2 cups apple cider and 1 cup water.

Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10.

Serve over rice
