Hiya
Ive just started and need some pointers and tips please if you have any. Ive put in my weight and height etc and target weight but it tells me my calories per day are 1770 which seems huge!!! Also it says ill lose 3lbs by 18 september but i want to lose that before then!! What can i do to increase this...i have a disability and only exercise is kigjt walking!

You can always manually adjust your calorie intake per day on your MFP account settings. Mine says that i should eat 1500 something but i changed it to 1325 which seems reasonable to me.0
