I am a self-proclaimed cheeseaholic so you can imagine how I've become the Laughing Cow's biggest fan. These little triangles of 35 calorie creamy deliciousness have become a staple in my fridge.
My favorite ways to eat it are:
-Spread on celery stalks
-Dipping pretzels in it
-Replacing mayo on a turkey sandwich
-On a baked potato
What are your favorite uses?

This is right up my alley. YUM!!!0 -
Love Laughing Cow! I spread it on celery. One wedge is enough to go on two large stalks. Filling, tasty and a very low cal snack.0

its especially yummy w/ veggie burgers, or my egg-white and veggie sandwich i make for breakfast.0 -
With sliced bell pepper, in soups, scrambled in eggs, stuffed into turkey burgers, on sandwich thins and in sauces for putting over whole wheat pasta... Those are the most common ways I use them!0

there are several ways I like to eat Laughing Cow cheese.
1) spread out onto lunch meat rolled up and sliced into spirals and sprinkled on my salad.
2) spread on a whole wheat english muffin with tomato, red onion, capers & smoked salmon.
3) all by its self for a bit of cheesy goodness!0 -
On bagel thins

I like to eat it on toast for breakfast or a quick snack, LOVE it on tuna sandwiches (just tuna, the cheese, mustard, and put it in the microwave for a few seconds..so yummy!), and I also use it with wheat thins!0

A breakfast sandwich several times a week! Sandwich round, LC, and deli turkey or ham. Few spinach leaves if u have 'em. Yummy and filling breakfast!0

1) One wedge has replaced both a slice of cheese and mayo on a hamburger.
2) Its great mixed with a small can of tuna and a tbsp of lite mayo0 -
There was a recipe in the hungry girl cookbook that you take extra lean ground beef and make hamburgers with a wedge in the middle.. They were YUMMY and I only used 1/2 a wedge0

Laughing Cow cheese has always been a favorite of mine, ever since I was a little girl. I remember Laughing Cow came in those little cubes. I eat them on crackers, spread on celery... and even by themselves. Yummy!0

Love the blue cheese variety on celery sticks. All the flavors are great. I spread them on sandwiches instead of cheese or mayo. And of course crackers.. like either Triscuits or Melba Rounds. I read on another post they're good on steamed cauliflower so I plan to try that as well.0

As a spread for a sandwich, on Wasa crackerbread, in eggs....really there is no way I don't like them!0

This sounds great! I'm having this for lunch today!0 -
Wow... I never considered using it any other way than on a bagel thin/toast!! Thanks for the ideas0

I like to put it on those flat bread crackers. I love the blue cheese flavor on a seeded cucumber.....so yummy0

my 2 favorites which havent yet been mentioned:
blue cheese flavor replaces mayo in egg salad, gives a very cobb salad flavor, mmmmmm
slice up the blue cheese wedges into smaller bits, drop them into your salad, pretend they are blue cheese crumbles. lots of blue flavor with none of the guilt. Ditto with the chipotle flavor if my salad has a southwest feeling (black beans, corn, etc.)0 -
I had to laugh at the title of this thread.
Here in Canada, our light laughing cows are only 45 calories for 2! I think we get off cheaper than those of you in the US. On the other hand, we don't have the variety that you do which is very, very sad.
I love mine on Wasa crispbreads with tomato or boiled egg. I also like them on my linseed bread or sch-inkenbrot with cucumber or fat free turkey breast deli meat and olives.
I have been known to just pop one in my mouth but I try to behave myself.
While laughter is the best medicine, one can still get too much of the laughing cow. :bigsmile:0 -
I know there have been plenty of responses, but thought I'd add one more...the chipotle LC spread on a whole wheat tortilla with FF refried beans, Morningstar crumbles and salsa. YUM!0
