I'm looking for buddies doing Focus T25 (in desperate need of some motivation), I'm currently on my 2nd week.

    I'm also on my second week of Alpha T25. Today is the double day! I'm definitely seeing results.. Physically and on the scale. Started at 240 pounds. Now at 234 pounds.

    I'm on week 3, day 2 of Alpha :D

    @ les: T25 is a 25 minute workout, created by Shaun T (creator of Insanity), it has three phases, alpha, beta, and gamma. It's pretty effective, and is also a good way to built up strength before trying Insanity, or any other vigorous exercise.

    I think Insanity is easier than t25. On my 2nd round of losing weight again and t25 is kicking my booty. Add me because I would love some motivation too! Lol

    Most Definitely. It's 25 minutes with no breaks. The time goes so fast and the movements change so quickly as well. You'll enjoy it. And you'll see results.
