Time for a Lifestyle Change

Hello everyone, My name is Michael and I am from Georgia. I went through school always being the chunky guy, but after high school I joined the Marine Corps. I maintained a good healthy weight throughout my time in the Marines. Once I got out I started eating all the foods I deprived myself of over the previous years....(mcdonalds, burger king, taco bell, etc.) Before I knew it I was about 250 lbs., which was the heaviest I had ever been.
This week I finally decided, at 290 lbs., that enough was enough and decided it was time for a lifestyle change. I have started eating healthy, counting calories, and started exercising. I have gotten tons of inspiration from viewing different posts here.
Thanks
Michael
