This girl at my gym

So I am working out the other day and this girl shows up and has toilet paper stuck to the bottom of her shoe. It was like 2 feet long. I was so embarrassed for her. I was going to tell her but she was working out hard and I kept looking at her to find a good moment. I kept staring and then she noticed me. It got awkward because I think she thought I was checking her out. Then as I approached she got on the elliptical so I got on one by her but she was listening to head phones so I didn't say anything. The worst part was that as she was leaving I followed her to her car to tell her as I did not want her dragging this toilet paper to her next destination. I think she got scared I was obsessed so she got in her car and locked the doors. I just kept walking. Now lately she shows up at the gym and she is staring at me! I think she has a crush but I don't know what to do. Thoughts?
