POPCORN!!!

I loooove popcorn..
Is it a healthy snack though?!
I only eat 50g almost 250 calories (oil popped wich means more calories)
And for flavour i use chicken broth powder instead of salt..
So should i cut it off or is it a good choice?!

    i eat about 1/2 cup of unpopped corn a day... sometimes two- that's what like 5-6 popped cups? it's more than a microwave bag of Orville or Act. significantly more.

    it's fine- just don't load up with a boat load of extra calories via butter. But it's delicious- and low cal- makes a great snack. eat up.

    That should be engraved on the kitchen wall. Maybe one of those cute homey stickers in flowing script, like:

    Popcorn is my number 1 snack, but eating it with a lot of oil/butter is not good. I was SO happy to find the Skinny Pop brand, it is healthy, no bad ingredients and it tastes delicious.

    Ha! Love this. I was just about to post about popcorn. I want to replace chips/crackers/cookies with popcorn for my mindless late night TV watching and I can eat a lot of it and stay within my calories/ macros.
