jogging without a rest day?

I don't feel the need for it. Partly due to the fact its only a slow jog for 30 minutes a day. The streak is 44 days so far. Admittedly fat loss is minimal, but I feel pretty good. Anybody do the same?

I think it should be fine. You're not overexerting yourself, just make sure you listen to your body when it tells you it needs rest :)
And for fat burning, maybe try running with ankle weights 2-4 times a week. It'll help build resistance.

If you are not having any symptoms of over-training then don't worry about it.

My running streak started last November not long after my first marathon.

Some people have streaks that extend many decades. Just listen to your body and reduce mileage/speed as necessary when you are feeling tired.

Here is one list of known streaks (many more exist but are unreported to this group):

35 year streak is pretty impressive. He does look pretty healthy at 68; would love to see his blood works, etc.
