    Awesome achievement dude, well done!

    I really enjoy seeing these transformations, but they needn't be dramatic, its awesome just seeing people trying to be more active and living life.

    That's so awesome, I did one last year. I was going to say you bit off a tough one to do, but after looking through your goals, no sweat! I've done the Warrior Dash too, but what I liked about Spartan was the teamwork. There was pretty much no way of doing everything without helping each other.
