Logging diet drinks

I kind of took the view that there were so few calories in diet drinks that it's better for me (from a mental health point of view as well as ease) not to log them every time.
So on an average day I might have a glass of diet coke, diet lemonade, or diet orangeade (or two). If I had just one glass of no added sugar squash (circa 10 calories a glass, I thiiiink) I probably wouldn't log it, but if I drank a lot I probably would.

Does anyone else just not bother logging anything that's nearly calorie free?

I drink Diet Coke and don't log it. I don't log herbs or spices either.

I haven't been logging herbs or spices either, you're right - I just don't use enough for them to make that much difference, and I try never to be right up to the wire on my daily allowance anyway!

Life is too short for logging water, diet sodas, and herbs and spices.
  • I only recently decided to also stop logging my zero-calorie drinks. Takes time and seems pointless. Wish I'd thought of it a year ago! :)

I did in the very beginning. Didn't take long before I realized "ok this is stupid. I'm logging zero calories. What am I gonna log next. How much air I breathe?"

    Don't bother logging it
