I saw my daily goal is changing during the day, but I did not understand why?

What MFP is showing you is your goal + exercise calories.
Your goal doesn't really change... you should figure out your healthy calorie intake and stick to that*.
Also, it will show you your calorie goal, then show you the calories remaining to be used, and that changes every time you log a food.

My doctor told me not to eat back exercise calories, in part because both gym machines and MFP overestimate the calories burned.
That's working for me. Once in a while when I'm really hungry I'll have maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of what the gym machine says I burned (which is usually about 2/3 of what MFP says)., but it's not an everyday thing.

Controlling calories in is what's going to make you lose weight.

"Most weight loss occurs because of decreased caloric intake.
However, evidence shows the only way to maintain weight loss is to be engaged in regular physical activity."

    * If you're not sure if you have a healthy calorie or weight goal, have a look at my post about goal-setting.
The simplest way is to use a BMI chart to find a weight that's in the green (healthy) range, and multiply by 10 to get your calorie goal for weight loss.
This is the method my doctor & dietician use.

    Hello!
Thanks for the answer, just a few qs more to make it slowly a little bit more clear!

My today's goal was 1200 kcal in the morning, and till now it "jumped" to 1741.
    Why?

    Hi,

Your goal changed because you added your exersize. ( Look at your FOOD screen, it shows you there )
