Any long journey success stories?

I have been losing weight my whole life. This time around is the last. Slow and steady right? It took me 4 years to lose 100lbs. This last year has been the hardest ever. Still on track. Have even started paying better attention to what I'm eating. Before I just counted calories and ate whatever. I have incorporated strength training the last 4 months. But the scale is slower then ever. I'm feeling great so I'm not that worried about it. I would just like to hear some similar stories of others where it took a LONG time to get to goal and how you stayed motivated. I still have about 30to 35 lbs to lose. I'm not scale obsessed. Only weigh every 2weeks in fact. Just looking for people who can relate.

Me, me!! It took me a year and a half to lose 100 pounds and I have been working on the last 25 for over a year. Losing, gaining and relosing 5-10 pounds. I struggle with my food! I just love it (lol) and it's hard sometimes to stay motivated because I am mostly happy, just not where I dream to be, KWIM?
I am starting a new job in 4 weeks, hoping this will be my push to finally get this done! I know what I need to do, just gotta do it!!! Add me if you want, I'd love to friend people in the same boat. It's such a different struggle!

2 1/2 years for me and still have just 3 more pounds to go, yep, slow and steady. :drinker:

It's been over two years for me.
I've had setbacks along the way, still have a ways to go so I just keep swimming.
