Meal Prep

I usually meal prep at the beginning of each week to help me stay on track. Chicken and veggies is my go to and I know that is healthy good meal choice. I just want to which it up a bit any suggestions? What is your favorite meal to prep? Feel free to add me :smile:

    I just started meal prepping yesterday! I made Sautéed chicken breasts with a cup of brown rice and fresh green beans. I think next week im going to prepare sautéed tilapia with veggie tarter sauce and mashed sweet potatoes with steamed kale! mmmm! Im excited about this one!
  • When I meal prep its normally a protein and a veggie... I normally make one protein and 2 veggies so that each container is a lil different... sometimes I might even make brown rice pilaf(which is just brown rice, seasoning and cut vegetables... I make one cup so that way when it cooks I divide it into 1/4 servings which is lower in calories for me but since its whole grains its better. ex. tilapia with string beans/tilapia with sweet peas/ chicken with broussel sprouts...... sometimes I make a dish of tuna salad, then put it over a salad or in a whole wheat pita pocket or in a wrap... I also do snack prep so I cut up celery, separate carrots and cut up cucumbers in advance so I can just grab them and go....I either have the celery with peanut butter, ranch or hummus....and the cucumbers come in handy to toss on a salad.. I put them in the fridge so they are visible which encourages me to grab them!
