Since i started my journey with MFP and eating and working out i started at 314 i am currently between 282-286 depending on what day it is lol. I lift 4 days a week and do 45 minutes of cardio 3 days a week. Recently i have noticed a halt in my weight loss actually i have notice weight going up more so than going down. My clothes fit better, i feel better but numbers are not moving. What do i do or what can i do ? Just looking for some help

You could be building more muscle from working out or you may need to lower how many calories you are eating. Have you changed your calories at all since you started? I personally worry more about the way I feel and the way my cloths fit then my weight anyway.0

Perhaps you need to look at what you are eating? You may need to ajust your calorie goal or look at how carefully you've been adhering to you eating plan lately.0

eating has not changed since weight loss, i have been weighing my foof and prepping all my meals for the whole week. Only thing i struggle with the absolute most is drinking a lot of water, im just not that thirsty to do so. can not drinking enough water make you hold onto water weight and cause weight fluctuations ?0

calories when i started was set at 1900 or so over i am currently at 1800 should i drop more being that i am 282lbs, or should i just lower them anyway since my body could be used to the deficit ?0
